A Special Thanks to Coach Harry, the BEST Dragon Boat Coach all around to his own team and every other team in the Dragon Boat Community. We wish you a quick recovery, and thank you for the sacrifice of paddling in spite of the pain you were going through. You are truly our hero in Tavares 2009.
Melissa and Crystal make a great team, fantastic job ladies! We were in your hands, and you led us all to victory!
Every single paddler went all out in each race. Our veterans and newbies became as one with each stroke! Awesome event! What a way to start our 2009 season.

PRACTICE SCHEDULES:
Miami Rowing Club - Key Biscayne
Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. to stretch/warm up
On the water - 8:30 a.m.
Return to dock - 10:15 a.m.
Wednesdays - 6:00 p.m. to stretch/warm up
On the water - 6:30 p.m.
Return to dock - 7:30 p.m.
Bring at least two bottles of water with you.
See you then.
